Cirlinci Consulting Group was created in 1987 as a complete marketing service for business. Over time the evolution of the skills, the market and the actual demand in itself led the group to study the subject of quality, as defined by clients’ needs, identified through customer satisfaction, supported by internal clients and developed using the instruments of internal marketing.

Subsequently the company concentrated on personal development in conjunction with all types of coaching, team building and communication.

Led by engineer Cirlinci, the group consists of six senior consultants with an extensive combined corporate experience, from both arts and science backgrounds, each of them specialists in their respective fields.

The initial goal of the group, to introduce culture and professional intelligence to improve company performance and increase corporate staff well-being, developed over time into a mission to help people, in corporations and elsewhere, to express the best in themselves and to bring back their soul into their company.

In fact once upon a time (and it can also be said today, almost everywhere), there were two types of lockers in a company: the lockers where the workers left their clothes in the morning and their uniforms in the evening and the lockers where the managers hung up their souls, before going into work, to pick them up again on the way out (some of them also have other lockers outside the front door of their homes

 Bringing your soul into work means that managers can dispense with the need for those lockers.

The main feature is a practical, systemic and inter-functional approach in order to improve personal and company performance. It’s not our intention to teach anyone anything, but with the aid of experience and personal anecdotes, we develop people’s self-awareness of their own potential by revealing that the only things really holding us back are our own self-imposed limitations.

The key characteristic of our method is to verify long-term effectiveness by continued monitoring of the client after our work has finished. This assists subsequent practical work and fine-tuning of operational techniques.
